Paying a competitive wage is important, but it's not the end of the discussion.  Think of it this way:  money gets people to come to work, culture convinces them to stay and be productive.  Big difference!  Here's three reasons why culture matters!

Our approach to coaching follows our own "see, say, do" mantra.  Visioning, enhancing, and action. All three are important. 

This article says "don't get stuck."  When you don't know what to do, do something!I agree.  Even if it's the wrong thing, you will learn from it.

Obviously, I encourage everyone to create a vision, articulate it in detail, and take action to get there.  But if you're stuck, uninspired, or not seeing the path, don't just sit there!  Do something.  Once you break the action logjam, you will see the path.

Inspiration is for amateurs....

Ever found yourself stuck for creativity, waiting for "inspiration"?

Well this artist says that's bunk.  Only amateurs think they have to wait for inspiration.  The pros know that inspiration comes when you do the work.  As the author says: "If you hang in there, you will get somewhere."

So, hang in there!
